REFUNDS and SIZE EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day size exchange and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request size exchanges or a refund.

To be eligible for a refund or size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This needs to be confirmed/edited before the final To start a return, (click here) or you can contact us at service@fp-apparel.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Size Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at service@fp-apparel.com  For the fastest delivery, we recommend that you purchase the correct product and we will refund you for the original product as soon as we receive the return.

In most cases, we will simply create a return label and send out the correct size that day.  We do this with the expectation that the original product was not used.  Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Faceplant will not return items due to buyers remorse.
